About

No studio, no pretense.

Just a garden, a workbench, and canvas.

I started painting a few years ago — not as training, but as a way to switch off. What began as a way to unwind became something I couldn't stop doing.

There's no plan when I start. No sketch, no fixed idea of where a piece will end up. I work outdoors, layer by layer, led by instinct rather than intention — letting color and texture find their own direction.

The weather, the light, the unpredictability of working without four walls — it all becomes part of the process. You can see it in the texture.

Each painting is acrylic on canvas, made by hand, one layer at a time.

A paint can with an open lid, a paintbrush inserted into the can, and a blurred green background.
